Liquid Tabbar Animation in After Effects

This tutorial covers the design process behind our popular Liquid Tabbar component, recreating the fluid morphing animation entirely in After Effects before implementation.

Shape Morphing Technique

Using shape layers with the Melt effect, we create the signature liquid blob that follows the active tab. The key is combining multiple shape operations to achieve a convincing fluid simulation.
